Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Rana Bros platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Rana Bros operates an online platform that helps Clients discover, evaluate, and hire pre-vetted Developers for short-term or long-term engagements. We facilitate introductions, scheduling, and — where applicable — payment processing between Clients and Developers.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Information provided during registration and profile creation must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate project requirements and expectations to Developers.
• Make payments for agreed-upon work in a timely manner.
• Treat Developers professionally and in accordance with applicable labor and employment laws.

Developers agree to:

• Represent their skills, experience, and availability accurately.
• Deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Clients.

Any applicable service fees, hourly rates, or project fees will be clearly communicated before a hiring engagement begins. Payments made through the platform are processed via secure third-party payment providers. Clients and Developers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their respective earnings or expenditures under local law.

Rana Bros uses a multi-step vetting process to evaluate Developers before they are listed on the platform. While we take reasonable care in this process, we do not guarantee the ongoing performance, conduct, or availability of any Developer, and Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before finalizing a hire.

All content on the Rana Bros website — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Rana Bros and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of work product created during a Client-Developer engagement is governed by the agreement made directly between those parties.

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Circumvent the platform to avoid applicable service fees after a match has been facilitated through Rana Bros.
• Post false, misleading, or plagiarized profile information or portfolio work.
• Harass, discriminate against, or abuse any other user of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in good faith, to be harmful to other users or to Rana Bros. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rana Bros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes, losses, or damages arising from a Client-Developer engagement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Rana Bros is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
